python3-singledispatch software package provides single-dispatch generic functions for Python, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-singledispatch
python3-singledispatch is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-singledispatch package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-singledispatch *
You will get with python3-singledispatch package name, version, architecture and description in a table
